Just watching Hunt being interviewed. You could hear his brain plotting his leadership plans as his mouth was blanding.

Not a fan of Ian Murray. Quite apart from being a unionist he has always struck me as being thick and boring. However, not only did he increase his share of the vote but he scored 53%+ of votes cast so fair do,s to the man. So now we know who received all the postal votes huh. I know people who know him. They say he's a handbag too.

βWhen, in this century, did Labour get the largest number of votes in a general election?β
The answer is, βNot this week, and not under Tony Blair. It was in 2017, when Labour was led by Jeremy Corbyn.β It won 12,877,918 votes, but only 262 seats, losing to the Conservatives.

Of course, I have an answer to that question, which is the rightward drift of Tories and Labour has been enough for all but the most rabid right wingers. They've accepted at face value far right taking points, let the far right set the agenda, and pander to it day in and day out.

Looks like it's going Lib Dem, but the desperate SNP candidate keeps wanting a recount.
