Luckily this is abstract. It was an illuminated picture outside an adult cinema in Zurich.

I try to avoid including people in my pictures as far as possible. As far as I am aware this is the only picture I have taken deliberately to include figures and that is because of the reflection really. This has been posted before - probably APforum rather than here. Taken in La Defense, Paris in 2011. IMG_0138.jpg by Pete, on Flickr Edit (a while later): I misremembered. There is another photo (also shown lots of times before) where I saw a man standing in a gap. 274A2746.jpg by Pete, on Flickr

I think candid was quite a crap theme really as I guess most of our shots are in fact candid. We don't see many posed shots on here.I don't know why I tagged this as candid on Flickr over and above any others (this is the only one tagged as such) Les Imprudents by Nigel G, on Flickr

Two IR candids I only found out later that the subject wasn't aware of my shooting him here, despite the fact he's looking close towards me. I guess I was shooting with a 500mm lens & his was reasonable long too. Nikon Shooter by Mike Kanssen, on Flickr On the touring car grid. BTTC grid in IR by Mike Kanssen, on Flickr
