This heron decided to fluf up its feathers. Thinking it was about to take flight I hung around but it just sat there being fluffy

Not the best picture of waves, but one where I got this shot of Icelandic gulls (I'm pretty sure). Only time I saw them, apart from once only at the front door of the old house back in January 1988 (when we moved in).
