Couple more of the Mill Pond at adlestone. More of a pp exercise trying to get the look of one of the old Agfa emulsions I used years ago. At the time (70's singapore) it was one of only a few films available. Looking back it has a sort of understated charm....and it was cheap

Abandoned industrial site and pylons. Finding any unused scrap of land in Surrey is unusual. Have asked the locals as to it's history but no seems to know much about it. Nearby is southern electrics distribution site so maybe it was or still is part of that. Anyhow, it's an interesting place to wander around.

The Day They Came. Is this alternative enough? The day They came to Hope by Nigel G, on Flickr I have been playing with the AI generator in PS Beta (just for the flying saucers), hence this silly photo.

At the risk of starting a heated debate: I have been enjoying the PS Ai but mostly for taking things out of pictures.

Is there a new way of doing it? The AI generator is pretty effective. I have seen some Youtube tutorials n it and some look very believable but I have just been daft with it. Not sure when I will use it other than for fun but time will tell I guess.

Ai is very good at removing objects in a street scene as it can scale and sort the perspective of the new content, things like aligning paving stones and including a continuation of red / yellow lines along a curb. The sort of thing that can be done manually with content aware but takes time to sort out.
