To be honest, I doubt the average polling station volunteer could spot fake ID anyway. There is plenty of fake ID about, driving licences are the most readily available, even on line you can by basic fake ID with any photo or name you want for £40 upwards.

I think we should all be very wary of any political party or political organisation that begins it name with 'National'.
Perhaps it's time to read my pre-war copy of the English translation of Mein Kampf again, which was purchased in the 1930s by a relative who died trying to defeat the ideology of its author.
Unless, of course, any splinter group of the Labour party is stupid to call itself 'National Socialists'.
