Pan fried piri-piri seasoned salmon tail fillet with chips.
I didn't want to do more cooking as I had already done a batch of paella for the freezer. I did have a glass of Rioja from the bottle that I had for the paella.

Spiced some salmon fillets with S&P, zaatar, garlic, and ground coriander. Served with carrots coated with Ras el Hanout, and cumin seeds, tossed with chopped coriander leaf at the end. Add to the plate some hummus and a side salad, and that was dinner.

Did a daal curry kit for dinner and simultaneously made soup for the next few days. Knackered, as I started as soon as I got home from traipsing around Edinburgh with cameras.

Wiltshire cured ham, eggs and chips, complete with free vodka and lemonade. On top of several pints of Staropramen, before and after. Some of you will guess where I was. Alcoholics anonymous? No. They wouldn't want a mere social drinker.

No. No frankfurters were hurt or harmed during the preparation of the dinner, nor was any form of garlic introduced at any stage of the cooking process.

It'll be the soup I made yesterday, with some starchy carbs.

Will be black bean soup and bread.
Edit: Well, that soup that my wife made was really nice. Apart from a few soups, I'm not a fan of the them as a meal(I'm neither a baby nor old enough where I need my food blending, lol) but I'd definitely have this again.

Scalloped potatoes in the oven - we'll be having this with leftover roast chicken, and an as yet undecided vegetable.
