Just eaten at The Muddlers Club in Belfast. A Michelin starred restaurant. It wasn’t cheap but wow, it really was good. Probably one of the best meals (6 course tasting menu) that I’ve had. We are full but not overfull, just right.

Roasted the remaining 3 leg of lamb steaks, one will do very nicely for lunch tomorrow , the rest went with a big helping of bubble and squeak (still some left so maybe that with the cold lamb for lunch tomorrow ) and marrow fat peas
Just grabbed a satsuma for afterwards

Chicken tikka masala from the freezer lucky dip tonight with basmati rice and probably peas, I might just pop over Asda for some naan bread or poppadoms, I can have those with mango chutney as a starter (although I have to watch that, if I go to an Indian restaurant and they put those out whilst you read the menu by the time I come to order I'm usually a bit full)

Sunday lunch was a bavette steak with roasted parsnip, carrots, and mushrooms. All done in the oven using the Neff circulair setting. Pud was a microwave sticky toffee pudding and rum butter.
Sunday tea will be a handful of snack size sausage rolls and a toasted tea cake.
