My sister and hubby are off to hobnob it on Hampstead Heath today. Picnic if weather behaves. Visit to Kenwood House. Mixing with the best eh? Ha!

Phew!
I just had a telephone appointment with my doctor about blood tests, they are mostly OK apart from LDL which might need getting on top of.
But the one that was scaring me witless was the possibility of bowel cancer, but that's come back clear.
And breathe 🙂
