I have no such need to make a list... herself is making one for me. I've reacjed the point of having to make a list of the lists I've made...

I have just completely rewritten my list, with a new high-priority item at the top - Procrastinate.

Why procrastinate today when you can procrastinate tomorrow?

My new passport has been delivered 🙂. So has that of my D-in-Law although her old passport is still missing and that's a bind because it has a special visa in it.

Why procrastinate today when you can procrastinate tomorrow? I remember being told that the main difference between Spanish and Gaelic is that Gaelic has no word with quite the sense of urgency of "Manyana".

It really did happen to me! On my first ever trip to Saudi Arabia I was talking to a Saudi businessman and I commented on the fact that I had heard the phrase 'In sha'Allah' used very frequently, and I enquired if this was the equivalent of the Spanish 'Mañana'. He paused for a moment and then replied "There isn't really anything in Arabic that expresses the urgency of 'Mañana'".

If you don't , it means never. If you do then it means when god wishes.

The Daily Mail is making a load of staff redundant because no one is reading the shite they peddle anymore. Normally I'd feel sorry for people who are losing their jobs, but their paper informs me that people claiming benefits get £50,000 a year, luxury houses, and free iPhones.

I'd suggest they could have a job in your slurry lagoon, but the poor lagoon has done nothing to deserve them.
