Can't say I liked the result but what a match. We've been spoilt by really good games this year so far. Looking at the fixtures, it looks horribly as though "Super Saturday" may be the thinnest day of the lot, as they all look foregone conclusions.

Final Sunday looks a bit foregone as well.

Final Sunday looks a bit foregone as well. You might sneak it if you can keep 15 men on the field...

My old second hand HP thunderbolt 2 laptop charging system and docking station had gradually ceased transfering data via any of the ports. Power adapter still worked. Got a "new" second hand one (sans poewr adapter) today for £56 inc. delivery. Had to get out a screwdriver and swap the power/data cables over due to a change of design and had to power everything down and up to get it recognised but - back in business. New unmanaged ethernet switch also arrived today - had to hook up my laptop to the telly via HDMI on Saturday to watch Amazon - but not dealing with that just yet.

Well the job hunting seems to be going okay, 2 interviews booked for later in the week today. Wednesdays one is face to face for the first time in about 6 years so am scrambling round to find anything that looks smart below the waist!

New bedlinen washed and on the line - and actually moving! Now, a bit more of a breeze and I'll be happy too.

My house is almost back in order after the leak which damages dining/kitchen & utility. Just waiting for the new dining room curtains to be fitted. We also had to have all new double glazing since the old stuff were wooden units and after the third leak since 2012 the wood was full of black mould which nothing would kill since it was in the woodgrain. Must say everything is looking much better now.

Good luck!

I have written, with great enthusiasm, a list of jobs to be done this spring. However, my life experience informs me that the enthusiasm with which one writes the list of chores is hardly ever reflected in the enthusiasm to get them done.

However, my life experience informs me that the enthusiasm with which one writes the list of chores is hardly ever reflected in the enthusiasm to get them done. The problem I find is that once you've written out the list (or created an Excel spreadsheet with tasks/dates and so on) there is a sort of feeling of "I've done it". Even though you know you haven't.

I have no such need to make a list... herself is making one for me.

I recognise that syndrome!

That's so very true, Steve!
