I looked it up. A vase is a container for flowers usually, but not exclusively, made of glass or porcelain. This one is more urn-like, and made of goodness-knows-what, although it does contain flowers and is stood on a table, itself draped in a cloth. Proportions perhaps a bit other than usual. skylark by Kate Ferris, on Flickr I thought at the time it was a skylark. Quick grab shot - obviously. Ha!

I much prefer cemeteries like this, to ones mowed to perfection.

Community garden flower bed. I think the volunteering dried up and they rebranded it as an insect-friendly wildlife garden. Shame really because someone had put the effort in to get the land dedicated, set out the [gravel] paths and the flowerbed borders and have a nice sign made. DSCF2658.jpg by Pete, on Flickr

This hotel foyer is all I can think of at the moment. Looks like it was posted here a year ago and edited (and possibly posted) last April. The photo is from 2009. IMG_0044.jpg by Pete, on Flickr I seem to have tried enhanced noise reduction on another one. That was back in April and likely posted then IMG_0034-Enhanced-NR.jpg by Pete, on Flickr
