Unfortunately I found out that the Cokin system can't be readily used with the phone due to the offset position of the cameras causing vignetting, especially with the ultra wide lens which is equivalent to 16 mm on 35 mm.
Fortunately I have an old Hoya 82 mm dia polariser which should be usable with a 67-82 mm step up ring. If the rings don't work it's only a few quid rather than tens of quid for a 67 mm filter.
I also found a B&W "Redhancer" that I might be able to use with a 67-77 step up ring.
