Kate's moon shot reminded me of a couple taken from my bedroom window where the power lines are visible (but sadly in my case NOT helping compositionally) Lightning in IR: IR lightning by Mike Kanssen, on Flickr & another (this time 'full spectrum') ultra flashgun by Mike Kanssen, on Flickr

Many of my motorsports shots are impacted by the crash netting, here we get Safety lines. Though I sure he would be right on the racing line too! Monaco gp2-15 by Mike Kanssen, on Flickr

I think it adds to the IR image more so than the colour which seems anemic in comparison (sorry)

Went out looking for lines today at Erddig. Could also go in the monthly comp but I'll put it here. Alcove seat, section of. DSCF7502.jpg by Pete, on Flickr

If I can be two days out of sync. When I saw the theme inverted I thought of this, seen the other week, but I only got a picture of it today. It is in the adventure playground at Erddig. I must admit that when I first saw it there were a lot of people around and it took a while before the sense that something was wrong finally grounded and I could "see" it. Much easier to see by photo and standing a way off. DSCF7536.jpg by Pete, on Flickr

Radial lines. Something is really wrong with Flickr - at least Lightroom publishing to Flickr - just now. I got two copies of this uploaded and an error message saying that it could not be done. The next picture going up has been stuck in transit for several minutes. DSCF7506.jpg by Pete, on Flickr
