"Oh Lord won't you buy me a Mercedes Benz" sounds a bit different when you realise Mercedes Benz was the daughter of the inventor of the carburator. Or in the case of the Daily Express's paragon of virtue "Oh lord don't you buy me a Mercedes-Benz, my friends all drive Porsches and they go round bends". |
