As zou says - Bah Humbug!!! I will continue not wasting time, effort nor money on anything to do with Xmas decorations or cards as I have done for the last 15 years. My only expenditure on anything Xmas related will be a small Xmas pud and a few mince pies. It's not our fault that tasty fruity desserts are associated with this otherwise terrible time, is it?! |

A young lad called Cockburn was right on his high horse sounding off about admin misspelling his name. "It's Cock burn" he declaimed. The place dissolved in laughter when I asked him "Is that a fancy name for the clap"? |

As I have always observed, there is far too much false 'Christmas Spirit' (and expenditure), and far too little humbuggery, at this time of year. However, the Hogmanay festival may be just an excuse for consumption of alcohol... |
