It's been so hot and humid today I reckon if Michael Barrymore invited me to a pool party at his, I'd prolly accept.

A bit humid but not terribly hot. I even wore a tea shirt and underpants with my shorts.

Worse than here. Very humid here but not hot, just uncomfortable. Hope we get a good breeze soon.

It was a bit disappointing, glad I didn't go out. Maybe 22° but light wind and low humidity, so it was nice, but mostly overcast rather than sunny.

For those poor boiling people - drink tonic water - with no gin.

Been the most astonishing day in Eryri, I don't think I ever saw it so clear when I was around here, and we topped out at Bwlch Tryfan (800m or so above sea level) in shirt sleeves. It was hot enough that crossing the ridge top and finding a breeze was a relief, it had been mighty sticky up until then. Not a problem usually associated with North Wales!

I think it topped out at 20⁰ here, for most of the day it's just been flat grey cloud. Blue sky here now, with the possibility of a clear night but with a nearly full moon and only nautical dark I don't know if I'll be doing anything.

Any sightings of the Golden Eagles? Sadly not. Even the ravens kept away, though we did get a good sighting of an A400 Atlas rattling down the Ogwen Valley. And a probable twite (checks spelling carefully).

At the southernmost tip of the UK mainland it was cloudy, bordering on humid.

Sunny and warm this morning with a nicew breeze. Now showery, still and unpleasant. Oh well. Such is Hebridean weather.
