Just started Ann Cleeves The Rising Tide I tried taking a picture of it with my iPad but it was worse than awful 😞 so can’t be bothered to get camera or post a image from the internet, just imagine a picture of a book 📕 📚 📖

That book 📖 I’m reading has got interesting I’m 250 Pages in and it’s getting juicy. I feel I have seen something similar on the television, a lot of Ann Cleeves books 📚 have been turned into tv programmes Vera and Shetland are two examples but has detective Matthew Venn been on the television?

A Colder War by Charles Cumming. A gift, not my choice.
At least I'm trying to read it but it's a huge effort to pick it up because I'mm finding it, well, boring.

Right now? An article on the Douglas Mk V S When I first went to Uni in 72 there used to be an old Dragonfly parked outside the back of the National museum. I coveted.

Blame My Brain by Nicola Morgan. It's for work - I'm doing a Trauma Informed training course. The book is actually aimed at teenagers but probably parents should read it too. Preferably before they have teenagers. Bit late in my case.

Last week I finished Holly by Stephen King, today I have just finished the Kingdom by Jo Nesbo and have now started The Night House, also by Jo Nesbo, although not sure I'm going to enjoy it that much but we'll see. If I don't I have latest Harlan Coben book, I will Find You to read instead.

I’ve got loads of books to read but very few that I want to read. I do most of my reading online nowadays and kindle books are free (in the main) so I have an unlimited supply of reading material. I think I might just give reading a miss for a few days and resume after Christmas.

Just finished The Cove and also finished My Farming Life: Tales from a shepherdess on a remote Northumberland farm by Emma Gray . Both bought to read over Christmas and I have done. I’ve now got to find a book to read. I got some Amazon vouchers for Christmas so I’m gonna go overboard and buy a book or two
