Quite fast - one of the first BIF tests of my X-H2S with a 100-400 at full extension. Redshanks do fly very quickly. Taken in January the day before I had a stroke - and I don't think I've tried a BIF since. We went to the location last week but there was nothing (birdwise) about and I took no pictures. The new promenade is partly open (it was supposed to be finished last November) and has a very slight slope (left high, right low when walking clockwise) which really, really messed with my head! Someone created a community garden which I discovered on July 10th 2020. A noble idea but the implementation seemed lacking. I might go out this morning and see how it is faring, that's if I can get out before the rain starts.  DSCF2658.jpg by Pete, on Flickr |
