Maitake, eringi and pumpkin tempura with rice. Soup with aburaage and 'meatballs' which had disintegrated. A bit stuffed now.

I made a mozzarella,tomato, avocado and smoked salmon salad with rocket, balsamic glaze and chopped basil but decided it was too healthy so chucked some skinny chips in the airfryer  |

If it turns our more stewy then it's a stewp, and if more soupy then it's a stoup. One must get these technical terms correct!  |

Chicken curry. I normally skewer the marinaded chicken then BBQ it, but couldn't be bothered tonight so did it on the griddle pan instead. Too wet though, so didn't get the char it really needs. I'm sure it won't really effect the taste though.

Roasted Mediterranean vegetables with seabass. Delicious except I turned the wrong oven on so it took twice as long to cook as it should have done!  |
