With so many TV channels over various viewing platforms it's easy to miss some great television. Here's your chance to recommend something to others or share your disappointment in something you've watched.

I recently watched the Guardians of the Galaxy Christmas special on the Marvel Channel/Disney+. Very funny and for GotG fans it resolves the deleted scene from GotG 2.

The Traitors - BBC1 - catch-up on iPlayer.
"Get them before they get you. 22 strangers, one castle, £120k - Claudia Winkleman hosts the ultimate reality game of trust and treachery. Let the mind games begin."
Didn't think I would like this but heard so much about it, I decided to watch. I'm hooked. :-)

Just finished S2 of The White Lotus. A very good series. very clever at making you feel uncomfortable. Even the theme music makes you feel that way.

We watch youtube videos - usually older television documentaries. We've spent the last few days watching various shows presented by Janina Ramirez. Tonight, we'll watch the first episode of this:

I’ve subscribed to GCN+ (Global Cycling Network) and have been watching plenty of cyclocross racing recently. And there are quite a few races over the Xmas period, so no Great Escape or Sound of Music for me!

I’m not sure 'enjoyed' is the right word but I would highly recommend the remake of the 1930 classic 'All quiet on the Western front' that is available on Netflix.

Strike on BBC is always a favourite in this house, but sadly there are so few episodes.

University Challenge Prior to that Only Connect, and prior to that Mastermind I'm such a quiz addict... Same viewing habits as me!
Add "Christmas University Challenge" to the list. I reckon that the questions for that are less difficult than in the real programme. At least I get more right in "Christmas UC" than the full version.

A question the other night from "The Chase" I think,
Which is a Cambodian Mountain Range?
Cinnamon Cardamom or Tarragon ?
I live with a Cambodian (D-in-Law) and she denies that any Cambodian would agree that any of their (limited) mountains are known by any of those names.

I’m not sure 'enjoyed' is the right word but I would highly recommend the remake of the 1930 classic 'All quiet on the Western front' that is available on Netflix. Whilst the battle scenes are of a standard we've come to expect nowadays, I found the 1979 version more thought provoking with the scenes where Richard Thomas' character returns home on leave.
