BG has reduced my payments for gas by £40+ a month.
I wonder what they will do when they finally get around to the electricity element of my contract with them. No bill since Nov 2022, so account shows only my payments. I wonder what would happen if I demanded the big credit to be refunded? Hmm

Just got an extra £150 from HMG because I'm on PIP's and I've retired, well sort of, but all my volunteer and other work continues. Just taken on a new role as Governor for the NWAFT NHS Trust.

I don't look at them but they come in useful if we have to take stuff to the council tip where they want proof of postcode. When I was executor - it was ScottishPower I think - everything was monthly payment, no direct debit, and they seemed extremely keen to be accurate even though there was no consumption only standing charges. I had to go online each month and settle up and could input a meter reading at any time to correct the estimate although it was certainly not worth the 380 mile round trip to do so. There were separate gas/electric accounts even with the single supplier. I'd be surprised if BG wasn't the same. My electricity direct debit has just been reduced. I was also getting a direct monthly payment - I suppose that was how the Government support was organised. I assume that has stopped. Memo to self to look at a bank statement. |

He created the bill and I'm happy to say I'm c£83 in credit. It was so frustrating not knowing. |

If one were a right wing politician it's not been a great week to be crooked. If one is somewhat further left, or not crooked, it has probably been great to see. Whether it will deter other crooked politicians, unfortunately they exist across the political spectrum, remains to be seen. |

If one is somewhat further left, or not crooked, it has probably been great to see. Whether it will deter other crooked politicians, unfortunately they exist across the political spectrum, remains to be seen. Been more right wingers shown up as total crooks lately. Please do not try to suggest putin or Kim NK dictator are not right wing. |
