I am currently in Respite care and I asked the carers for some jam on toast and some marmalade on toast. I got exactly that two slices of toast with jam and marmalade on. It actually tasted okay The other thing that happened to that toast was the slices of bread left whole and not cut. I just put them together and made a big sandwich, jam, and marmalade combined on each slice.🤣 No Marmite? Ooops marmalade should read marmite |

I hate both Marmite and Bovril equally both too salty for me. Dave used to like Bovril as a hot drink
