Can't recall the last time he wasn't wearing a t-shirt/fatigues. But given how Ukraine was a hotspot for corruption, probably nothing. |

Saw Rayner on TV this morning sticking to the excuse that no rules were broken. Doesn't she understand? As far as Joe Public is concerned, if no rules were broken, then the rules are wrong.

I was expecting a uniform from the cultural revolution - that's where we are heading. Mind you I always thought Terry Pratchett in the Lost Continent was on to something in his imaginings of a society that committed its government to prison on election on the grounds that "it saves time later" although, on reflection, he could have expanded further on the advantages. |
