Not organising a meetup just now, but just testing the water. How likely might it be for several of yous to simultaneously be in Edinburgh? If it seems doable we can think next steps.

I'd have to check train prices and flights...or remember that it's only 10 miles.

Oh dear, is Embra that bad these days? Last time I was in town there were loads of seat less bikes parked around the streets.

Possibly, depending on when it is. Having checked the train fare I'd have to make it part of a longer break.

Like Martin, it'd depend on when etc, but I'd certainly be up for it.

Depending on when, I think I could probably handle a trip to the 'other side'. I might need my passport.

Its only £54 return on Squeezie Jet from Stanstead, if it was from London City I would be up for it but I think I am going to have to sit this one out.

Bit unlikely for me, it is quite [4 hour-ish] a journey - no direct trains. I went there on business once [May 2015] and have some nice photos from Calton Hill taken on a free [and sunny] afternoon. Can't remember where I stayed, will try to find it on google maps. I retired in June 2015 so won't have the bookings in my mail.

A bit of a journey for me, too...19,000Km. I'll have to visit Edinburgh's local namesake.
