I took this shot this morning, using my Tamron 90mm macro that I believe dates from the end of the last century. It was on the outside of a double glazed window, and I was shooting through the two layers of glass. I don't know much about spiders: does anybody here know what it is?
This is a crop from the in-camera JPG, with very slight adjustment to levels to change the contrast a little and resized to 800x800 pixels, .

Thank you - when my wife saw the picture and the creature's colours she thought it might be something exotic.
