The walk on the previous night didn't finish until around 2200 hrs by which time it was pretty dark. View from curbar by Nigel G, on Flickr We had torches/head torches with us though. Did I say it was dark?! Night walker by Nigel G, on Flickr

Whilst I was out walking I saw a large bird that looked like a bird of prey flying quite close to people ahead and in the distance from me, with people stood looking up at it. I thought it quite strange that they would fly that close to humans. After it went out of view, I kept on walking. and then saw that it was resting on some guys arm as he was walking off. It was obvious then what it was. A carrion bird. I'll get my coat. Joking aside, it wasn't until I edited it now, bringing it out of shadow that I see what it was. Odd to see someone taking their pet parrot out for a walk. Parrot2 by Nigel G, on Flickr Parrot 1 by Nigel G, on Flickr

What horrible places our crowd visit I’m not even remotely envious of visiting any of these beautiful places and enjoying them, as I often say I don’t do envy but if I did I’d be very envious of everyone of those beautiful places ❤️🤣👍
