I think [at this early hour] that (apart from the rubbish bins [ which I do not propose to photograph] ) the only council owned thing that affects us directly is the allotment we rent. DSCF5157.jpg by Pete, on Flickr I seem to have not photographed the town hall as such,

Council owned cemetery, although this entrance building has recently been sold on auction. No idea what it'll be. I believe planning has been refused for a couple of dwellings. It has gone to ruin over the years. At one time (we used to know them) it was lived in by a family, the man being the cemetery groundsman. Alderley Edge Cemetery by Nigel G, on Flickr

Can't see it on this list*, so probably sold off to the developers who turned it into flats.

* which is out of date - they recently bought the Elmsleigh Centre, just before the government passed an act to prevent them doing so.
