Anyone able to pinpoint this orchid's ID? Quite short. I'm useless with plant identification but suspect some type of marsh orchid, although found nowhere near a marsh. Assuming the name is related to habitat, which may of course be wrong. I told you I'm useless at this.

It is not a Southern Marsh Orchid, the only marsh orchid with which I am familiar. I guess that you already ruled that out.

zou - There is a great app which I have on my phone called Seek. You open the app, select the camera and view the plant (or insect, moss, lichen) and it'll identify it for you. You move the phone around the plant so it can get views of the flower, the leaves, stem, etc., and it makes a match and notifies you.
