I was going to suggest some ideas for June daily challenge but it appears I cannot create a thread there, what determines who can and who can't create a thread in that area? Why are some of us less equal than others?

Why are some of us less equal than others? You can create it in exhibitions but most of us (non-mod/admin) can create in themes. |

Only moderators can start threads in the themes section to maintain a bit of organisation. If you have a full list for June then post it in exhibition and someone will move it.
