Donald Trump - I assume there is no need to explain further. At least everyone was looking at Ms Daniels' evidence...some perhaps too attentively

Political journalists often pretend ignorance of things about which they wish to be ignorant. They are similar to political activists in that respect. They often pretend knowledge about things they are ignorant of as well.

I'm a great believer in the saying, "Ignorance is bliss" maybe that's why I no longer bother listening to nor reading about the news. ""Ignorance Is Bliss", a phrase coined by English poet Thomas Gray in 1742" You and me both I gave up on main stream news after the last General Election, to quote Simon and Garfunkel “ I get all the news i need on the weather report”

When they started playing together they initially called themselves Tom and Jerry. Art was Tom. Edit - I believe the reference to "the weather report" was because the filming was weather dependant and so affected how long Art was going to be gone.

I’m now listening to Mrs Robinson on Apple Music from the Essentials Collection I’d forgotten how good they were. I love them

I must rectify that and FWIW the CD reissue has as a bonus track the demo recording of the title track with just a piano accompaniement which I much prefer to the final version.

If it's your sort of thing listen to The Beatles "Let it be" naked (ooh matron!) vs the version originally released which was produced by Phil Spector. I think it's much better but of course feel free to disagree.
