Thanks David. I like that one too. I am very, very slowly working my way through. The number 3 one was part of a number I shot of him with his friends or siblings. Not done anything with those yet. I was sat in a car moving slowly through a village and he clearly clocked the lens poking out through the window!

Most people shots were taken out and about on the streets. I have very few from a car. Out of the shots posted, only cheeky was from a car. A couple were taken from a boat on the Ganges. The other boy and the girl above were taken as I was walking by. The Indians didn’t mind being photographed. Only one asked me not to as I was photographing him cutting someone hair in his barbers. The tailor and the guy with the chai/juice posed for their photos when I asked if I could take their pics.

I'm enjoying the pics too, even if it's not somewhere I ever want to visit.

I'm enjoying the pics too, even if it's not somewhere I ever want to visit. I am enjoying the pictures a lot, for me India is like the US in that it is somewhere I would like to visit but they are both so large and diverse I would not know which part I wanted to see first. I think for now Europe is as far I we will venture, perhaps when we retire and have more time to travel.

I am pleased we went but we won't be one of those people (and we met a few) who go back again and again. I'd say we will probably never go again.

Indian food and American cops are on my list of things to avoid.

Amazing colours and subjects Nige. Unwell, please tell me you didn't come into contact with any of that water taking photos ? I was unwell when I first started posting these. I'm totally fine. It certainly wasn't the water and I think it was something I got back here in the UK (certainly for this bout!)

I've just quickly scrolled through these (and think they're wonderful) but will have to come back and spend some more time with them later. There's so much to see here. Thank you for sharing them. Also, I hope you are feeling better soon.
