I wish I had photos of me in my hippie days (not my hips)! Not that I wore much in London in those days. My favourite outfits were little suede skirts and stretchy skimpy tops. Oh memories! I can imagine the outcome of dreampolice running that description on an Ai image generator, I am thinking some thing along the lines of the front row audience at the Rolling Stones in Hyde Park 1969.
For what I thought passed as fashion and function in the 80's, see my forum avatar to the left of my posts.
I used to hitchhike down the A1 from my RAF base to go to Hyde Park concerts! It was so much fun. It wasn't advisable to do that from my second base, since spies used to lurk there waiting for possible targets. My job in a Missile Squadron prevented me from being brave.

Once upon a time these were all the fashion - if you had a big enough fortune. Today at Lyme DSCF7255.jpg by Pete, on Flickr

Dividing doors (at Lyme yesterday). I suspect they open outwards to conceal a service passage while allowing the rooms to be joined. The lines on the floor are light rays from a small gap at the bottom and between the doors. DSCF7242-Enhanced-NR.jpg by Pete, on Flickr and without the AI noise reduction - not that the noise in the original image (6400 ISO) is particularly intrusive at this image size. The different demosaicing (enhance details) that comes with the noise reduction is very noticeable at 100% view, more so than the noise reduction per se, but these jpgs are size reduced to 800 px on the long edge. My favourite door photo with my late daughter in it. Unfortunately I lost the original image on a HD crash, so all I have is this large canvas print of it on my wall. hannah door by Nigel G, on Flickr
