Nice swan, shame about the reeds.
Which could be easily sorted, probably give it a tiny bit more space too, that aside, well done for not blowing the highlights.

The reeds are why I'm thinking about the abstract crop. As for the non blowing of the highlights, it was photographic skill...err no it was highlight recovery in photoshop

As for the non blowing of the highlights, it was photographic skill...err no it was highlight recovery in photoshop The little sticky plaster repair tool will sort out the reeds and content aware expend canvas with give you a smidgen more room for the swan. I think those tools have been around since before CS 6 if you are not using Creative Cloud.
