35, but there's probably some BODMAS bollocks going on and it's actually 19.

3.14 recurring, because I thought it was easy as pie...
(I haven't looked properly as the current Mrs S is on my case, and will probably pack it if I spend too long hereabouts)

I'll go for 35, 4 rolls + 3 table legs = 7 x 5 =35

I demand more homework please? Must drag myself up to 11+ standard again. Ha! Try this sneaky one from another photo forum then: Note It requires some assumptions to get an answer. I suggest that till Christmas no-one share their reasoning as this will give a wider range of answers From a first look, I reckon 35 ... or even 19

kate , I agree with 19 if you do multiplication first; 3 legs x 5 =15 + 4 rolls.

I’m going for 19 at present, but I expect to be wrong.

Not possible to work out - the three objects in the question are not the same as any of the objects shown above them.
Four rolls versus six, three legs versus four, 02:00 versus 05:00

Not possible to work out - the three objects in the question are not the same as any of the objects shown above them. Four rolls versus six, three legs versus four, 02:00 versus 05:00 S I think you are correct. None of the three objects has been defined. In the first equation the timer thing (showing 2) is defined as 2 because three of them make 6. In the second equation the table, as drawn, is defined as four because two of them make eight. the third equation could be 2 if each of the things are defined as one (of a kind) or 10 if you enumerate four rolls as four, three legs on the table as three and the timer (this time showing 5) as 2 again or 19 if the timer is enumerated as five according to what is written in the minute field.
