Testing 'The BEAST' -- NIKON F5 ( on LOAN !! )

A Camera Club /FLICKR Mate loaned me his NIKON F5 gear as he bought it to do weddings years ago and all that 'Fell Through' so never used camera and his batteries mostly gone rotten ---  luckily NOT in F5 though !  He had 2 lenses with it AF Nikkor 28-105mm f3.5-4.5 D and a Cosina 19-35mm f3.5 - 4.5 wide-angl zoom. I have tried it with some of MY 'OLDER' NIKKOR lenses too. 
I  show a few taken on outdated FUJI SENSIA 100 E 6 which I processed myself and scanned as 'TIFFS' in Vuescan Pro

Good for you, Pete.  I was gifted/won a Nikon F5 w/ AFS 50/1.4 lens earlier this year from a cafe that held "film only" photo contests ......... . Unfortunately, however, I have yet to take a snap with it, but, I have removed the AA batteries from the camera .  

A cracking set of images which leads me to believe that you 'tamed "The Beast"
