Quite possibly, Kate. Having said that, we spent a week North of the Border a few weeks ago, and it was warmer up there than it had been down here, before we left.

Just got back from walking the dogs and itβs more like March than July out there. Grey, damp and a chilly NE wind from off the North Sea. About 13C but feels colder than that.
