I don't think that I have much original here, most of it has been posted before.

Streetlight and Lighthouse.   This (very small) light house marks the entrance to the inland canal system at Ellesmere Port from the the Manchester Ship Canal.

And there was this (shown on APForum) exercise in post-processing an old (2011) shot from a Canon 5D with the 17-40 lens wide open 1/8 s at ISO 800 and focal length 24 mm. Camera with self-timer balanced on the camera bag.  I remember being surprised at how it came out.

I realised that this is not exactly a new theme so trying to go out of the box at least for the first one.

A chain of beacons across the country was once used as a warning but these days is used in celebration.

Taken in December 2022, outside the Museum of the Home on Hoxton, I am not sure but think it was created for Diwali which would have been 25th October that year so I am going with a Festival of Lights set of Lights.
