Morrisons' heating is controlled in Bradford, but given that half the time the heating in store is broken it makes bugger all difference.

The website was the problem once I phoned them using the number from here there was an immediate and prompt resolution. Unfortunately were I not a member of the forum I wouldn't have known the number, certainly not from the website. Technology! It's the classic zero gravity pen approach where NASA spent 'millions' developing a zero gravity ball point and the Russians used a pencil.That's a bit of an urban myth. Plus bits of pencil (graphite, wood shavings etc) floating about and getting into delicate and possibly life-preserving machinery/electronics is not a good thing.
The Fisher Space Pens are apparently still available to the public, though not exactly cheap. Probably cheaper at Amazon. |

I can see broken heating as a problem for staff in cool weather. The customers are normally in outdoor clothing. Broken cooling is another matter; that's uncomfortable for everyone.

Having just received the 5th September edition I have to say that I am underwhelmed. I too just looked at this weeks copy online and agree with you, it’s the first time I’ve looked at the magazine in an age and if that’s how it’s going I don’t think I will be back anytime soon.
