I think that only a ten second grope isn't acceptable.
Am I reading that report right.

In Osaka it is widely known that "chikan wa akan" - a casual expression in the Osaka dialect but direct and well understood. Doesn't seem like rocket science does it?

It shouldn't seem like rocket science.

Think of the fun that lawyers will have arguing whether a grope was 9 or 11 seconds!!
Stupendously stupid.

The young woman involved didnât think 10s was acceptable so I have to agree with her that it wasnât and isnât acceptable.
Sounds like the judge in the Ealing vicarage case. His comments were unacceptable too.

Frankly I think the Italian police should be taking a good look at the judge's behaviour...

And I thought some British judges were antediluvian. antediluvian. Now there is a word thatâs gone out of fashion, according to Google it was very popular in the early 1800âs but has steadily declined in use since. I wonder if anyone else has a fantastic word that has gone out of fashion.?

Swive. It's respectable because it's archaic. You will find it in an infamous play by the 2nd Earl of Rochester in the 17th century and somewhat earlier in Chaucer's Canterbury Tales.
