Last one I can think of - the photo is almost a reject and I've cropped it very hard just now.  The foot is less prominent but you can make it out.  These birds (water rail) don't normally like being in the open in daylight which is probably why I kept the pic.

I nearly forgot - this was definitely for an APForum theme - can't remember what the theme was - possibly Mud - it was October 7th 2021 that I put it on Flickr in my AP album - the original photo from which this was taken dates from 2016.
