A couple of medics from the family archives: William Ollard MRCS 1799-1879 (a member of the Royal College of Surgeons) His Son John Farmery Ollard MD (1825-1899) I think medicine may have changed a bit since their time!

On visits over the years 2008-2012 we walked past the base of this building (hotel to meeting place) watching it go up, not quite storey by storey but it seemed like it. It was quite a surprise to get this distant view in 2013 and to see big it had grown. IMG_0060.jpg by Pete, on Flickr
