Grandson and I went to the lake to get some damsels. We got gloriously muddy and had a great time. Here's two of his efforts. I'm quite pleased with how quickly he's picking it up and how quickly he's learning to handle the equipment.
First a crow 'mobbing' a buzzard. There were actually two crows but he couldn't get both in frame.
Second a female blue tailed damsel of the form violacea. He did well hand held.
