As an aside a friends daughter is a DJ and she DJ’d to 15000 people on the opening night of the contest last week in Liverpool.
She’s starting to do very well. Pleased for her.

Not watching it. We used to love it, get the beers in, lay out some snacks and proceed to take the utter piss out of it but I don't watch it now because I just remember the 2016 one when it was on in the Bell's and I was sitting there trying to get my head around the fact Dave died a few hours before
Also I don't have a TV licence anymore

Watching Eurovision tonight? We will be. No idea if we have any chance of winning . I heard the entry once on YouTube. Not my bag but it sounds like Europap, so may be OK. I'm not even going to admit reading this thread.  |

There’s a significant difference between watching and having it on in the background. Unfortunately we have to be up at 6:00 tomorrow so I hope to be spared the results. It will come as a surprise in the morning.

It hasn't made much sense from the subtitles (I always have the TV sound off. I can't hear it anyway and it annoys others if it is too loud). Finland I can recall - there were some odd looking ones but not memorable. Didn't notice UK entry.

Seriously, I thought there'd be info here about who won. Now I'm going to have to check a news website. You lot have let me down. Sorry. Finland were robbed. Some lady won it. Sweden I think. It was very late. Dunno why. Maybe having the sound on would have helped. I think it was supposedly the favourite to win but subtitles can't be trusted. |
