Spider ID, please

Looking for someone knowledgeable to ID this spider - is it a Tube Web? It crawled out of a hole in a wooden beam when I started using an electric drill, a few inches away.

These are very common in and around homes. They tend to hide in holes during the day.

Silhouette looks about right for it in your shot...

Thanks Andy. The one on the link you provided is described as "dark brown" (and looks brown in the picture), whereas this one is decidedly black.

That aside, it seems a close match, so maybe it is a Scotophaeus blackwalli (a.k.a. mouse spider).

The spider in your picture seems underexposed but the legs do seem to be brown. How big was it.

If it was big enough then eratigena duellica is a possibility.  Have you tried google lens .
