I always regarded her as a bit unintelligent. However, the above prompted me to Google.
To my amazement she has a Cambridge degree - not a 'high' one but having one at all doesn't speak of low brain power. All I can say is that she hides it very well.

I think that much of the cruel humour directed towards her was based on her arithmetical abilities. Anyone reaching the shadow cabinet is not thick although one might strongly disagree with their politics. Never underestimate the abilities of opponents.

If one considers the vitriol she receives versus that received by other politicians who say or do things without due care you could almost think this country is still racist and misogynistic. Shocking, I know!

Leaving aside the fact that she's a black woman, there's no evidence to suggest that.

She is irritating, lacking in communication skills and carries a big log on her shoulder. Absolutely unsuited to politics.

Surely that makes her utterly qualified for politics?

She's in the wrong party though... Right now she's not in any party. Which is kinda ironic given that the actual racists still are. And they took no action against a MP who enthusiastically retweeted holocaust denial. Shitshow of a party, which has forgotten that they still have to beat the Tories.

Surely that makes her utterly qualified for politics? She's in the wrong party though... Really. She's not a Tory. She is not SNP. She is not Labour or Reform, Neither is she liberal. I reckon that she is Momentum. A great pity. In spite of her political failings she undoubtedly is a very bubbly character and asset to the House of C. In spite of my political differences I hope that she continues in politics. She is certainly more interesting than the boring nonentity that replaced the avuncular Ken in our constituency of Rushcliffe.

Trying to work out if you've gotten utterly pissed or finally sober! Half way. But seriously, Dianne Abbot is a real character. If she left or was rejected by her electrolate then our parliament would be the loser. I disagree with her politics intensely.
