After an hour I was panting like a sheep dog! Ten years ago I would have done the whole thing in twenty minutes, run a marathon, beaten up Mike Tyson and chased a couple of young ladies around the village without drawing a heavy breath. Well, maybe not all of that, but you get the picture.  |

Tip
If you or someone close gets irritating skin complaints eg eczema then get a bottle of pure Calendula oil (Marigolds). Perfectly safe and natural and really does heal very well. I haven't found anything better.

I haven't found anything better. I’ll give it a try as I have had eczema for years which is partly /mainly due to our water condition. I assume you use it sparingly. |

I just flip the bottle which has a small nozzle over on my finger, and apply it to the area. I know it seems expensive but it lasts a long time. |
