I thought many times whether to post it, but to be honest, it was the first thing that came to my mind for the theme 'Breath'.  Doesn't hurt any more, but obviously not too far from the surface.  It was a truth I wouldn't wish on anyone.  Perhaps explains how I feel about the NHS, although my final experience over the last 4 weeks, was perhaps not usual.  My most hated hospital and strict instructions have been given to my closest friends to say if I ever end up in the local hospital, don't let them send me there (Inverness, Raigmore hospital) - or I will haunt you forever!
