Whilst I have many pictures taken beside the sea, of the sea and/or shore, I'm having trouble with "by the seaside". Nothing keyworded seaside either. This from the cliff overlooking the bay next to Bigbury-on-sea is probably closest to topic. DSCF1801.jpg by Pete, on Flickr

A section of beach we used to walk upon as kids on holiday at grandparents. The normal route was to go over the hills and down across the road, railway and golf course onto the sea-beach and then walk back - this is well inside the Dyfi estuary. There is (or was 50++ years ago) a caravan site behind these dunes. BV9R0680.jpg by Pete, on Flickr

Whilst I have many pictures taken beside the sea, of the sea and/or shore, I'm having trouble with "by the seaside". Pete, or any one else, please do not take any of my themes too literally, just run with them and have a bit of fun either taking new pictures or reviewing old pictures to re post or re edit.
The written word is not my thing, growing up I found it hard to express my self on paper and I have the same difficulty with internet forums.
By the seaside could just be my phonetic East Yorkshire for beside the sea so lets see some more sea shore, sea birds, kiss my quick hats and other sea side things.
BTW no offence taken, it is like water off a seagull's back.

My favourite beach(es) is that by Newborough (Llanddwyn) on Anglesey but are out of reach for me at the moment. Hopelessly busy in season. Not been there for ages. DSCF3226.jpg by Pete, on Flickr DSCF0086.jpg by Pete, on Flickr

From the archives. The water here is 6 degrees year round. Too cold for me.
