You are doing better than me, I keep getting thwarted by having to work in town when the light is good, the days I have had free have been flat and un interesting. I am on the verge of giving up ideas of visiting Nunhead or West Norwood and taking photos of the garden furniture again!
Sticking with film, a lens with a shutter and a known developer do sound like a good idea before introducing more complications.

Well I decided to shoot a boring subject in boring light but it taken me years to get even that far. Garden furniture would an improvement would require me to find space in the car for my heavy tripod so can't be fitted in to my lunchtimes. As I've recently got some nice shuttered lenses I think my next shot might be one of the many cameras I have stored at work (to keep them away from my wife). A controllable exposure of one of my antiques should be a huge improvement. I might even get down to only 4 major faults!

Can't claim to have got much use from mine so far, but I plan to get film through one of them in the next month. I got as far as putting the Toyo deluxe together at the start of the year, but lunch time finished before I got it properly focused let alone film loaded. Working out a suitable option for the shutter on my 5" barrel lens is proving awkward: A challenging lens by Mike Kanssen, on Flickr I probably ought to dig out one of my more normal lenses to begin with. Just heard my third LF camera is ready for collection - it has a focal plane shutter but I doubt the front lens board is big enough for my awkward 150mm/1.2 Given the price paid there are no doubt other issues to deal with too. Just seen this m.dpreview.com/articles/2685772679/film-friday-shooting-hdr-tintypes-with-an-120mm-f-1-hd-projector-lens and thought of you.

Interesting, I must find the time to read it properly, and I seriously need to get down to process some images with my 5x4 toys! About half of the photo of his lens looks very familiar to me - I think almost identical to some poorly described Delta lenses I have. So perhaps my delta lenses are only half of the intended optics...
