This site has been up and running for a few days over a month now, and I, for one, count it as success and am pretty much addicted. A large number of us old diehards have joined and are contributing with our posts every day. Ther are many other AP members who have signed up but yet to contribute, but presumably they are just waiting for the final demise of the AP forum. The gallery threads are busy daily,and the new 'lounge' still as raucous as before.  So, ladies and gentleman, please charge your glasses to toast our benefactor MJB for setting it up, but also ourselves, as no forum can be successful without an enthusiastic membership. Cheers! |

Ok that (the slurp of Pinotage) was nice.
Having toastied (sic) I would express my thanks for Martin putting in the the work and leadership to get this home from home up and running.
Well done Martin.
I also asume Tony has had a big effect as well. Thank you Tony.
Despite the fact that I have given up all hope (very specifically) of getting financial benefit from brown nosing Mods. Thank you all as well.
